OmniCommand

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 6, 2026

OmniCommand is an AI-powered marketing intelligence and recommendation platform operated by Omni Media Consulting. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and process information when users connect marketing, analytics, CRM, commerce, or advertising platforms to OmniCommand.

Information we collect

Depending on the features used, OmniCommand may process:

  • Account profile information such as name, business email, user domain, and authentication provider.
  • Marketing platform account metadata, such as connected ad accounts, analytics properties, and selected reporting sources.
  • Aggregated marketing performance metrics such as spend, impressions, clicks, sessions, conversions, key events, source/medium, campaign names, ad group names, lead status summaries, and report coverage information.
  • Usage and audit metadata such as feature usage, timestamps, provider names, model names, fallback status, success/failure status, and safe diagnostic categories.
  • Information voluntarily provided through customer support, onboarding, or consulting conversations.

Information we do not intend to collect or expose

OmniCommand is designed to avoid storing or displaying sensitive raw lead data where summarized data is sufficient. We do not intentionally expose phone numbers, raw lead notes, OAuth tokens, refresh tokens, API keys, database credentials, or raw private CSV rows in product analytics or AI prompts.

How we use information

We use information to:

  • Authenticate approved users and protect access to OmniCommand.
  • Connect to approved third-party platforms and retrieve read-only reports where authorized.
  • Generate marketing intelligence, diagnostics, data-quality warnings, confidence notes, and recommendation previews.
  • Provide AI-assisted analysis using summarized, sanitized evidence packets and safe metadata.
  • Maintain audit logs, usage summaries, security checks, and product reliability diagnostics.
  • Support customer onboarding, troubleshooting, and optional Omni Media Consulting services.

Third-party platform data

If you connect a third-party platform such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Search Console, Microsoft Clarity, HubSpot, or other marketing tools, OmniCommand will only access data authorized by the connected user or business. For initial Meta Ads access, OmniCommand is intended to request read-only advertising reporting access and does not create, edit, pause, publish, or delete campaigns, ad sets, ads, budgets, bids, targeting, or creatives.

AI processing

OmniCommand may use AI providers to analyze summarized marketing evidence, generate executive summaries, review data quality, and create recommendation previews. We aim to send summarized and sanitized context rather than raw rows, private lead notes, secrets, tokens, or credentials.

Data sharing

We do not sell user data. We may share information with service providers that help operate OmniCommand, such as cloud hosting, authentication, analytics, AI processing, and infrastructure providers, only as needed to provide and secure the service.

Data retention

We retain information as long as needed to provide OmniCommand, support customers, meet legal or security obligations, and maintain auditability. Customers may request deletion of account-related data subject to legal, security, or operational requirements.

Data deletion

To request deletion of data associated with your OmniCommand account or a connected third-party platform, visit our Data Deletion page at /data-deletion or contact us using the contact details below.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards such as access controls, protected sessions, encrypted token handling where applicable, audit logs, and environment-based secret management. No system can be guaranteed completely secure.
