About the product
- What is OmniCommand?
- A marketing decision engine. It connects to your advertising and analytics accounts, analyzes them daily, and tells you what is working, what is wasting money, what changed, and what to do next, with the evidence attached.
- Is this another reporting dashboard?
- No. Dashboards show you numbers and leave the thinking to you. OmniCommand does the analysis and hands you ranked recommendations with the money at stake on each one. The numbers are there when you want them; the conclusions are the product.
- Can OmniCommand change anything in my ad accounts?
- No. OmniCommand is built to read and analyze, never to edit. It does not pause campaigns, change budgets, or modify anything in your accounts. Automation, when it arrives, will be opt-in and approval-first.
- How is this different from Google's and Meta's own recommendations?
- Each platform's AI sees only that platform, and each platform earns money when you spend more on it. OmniCommand sees all of your channels together, sells no ad inventory, and has no reason to prefer one platform over another.
- Which platforms does it support?
- Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console today, plus lead data by CSV import. More sources are planned; early-access users hear first.
- How fast do I see something useful?
- The first analysis runs the same day you connect. Findings and recommendations appear as soon as enough data has landed, and OmniCommand tells you plainly when there is not yet enough data to conclude.
- What does "early access" mean?
- We onboard in small groups so every account gets real attention. Request access, and we reach out when your spot opens.
About the AI
- Where does the AI get its numbers?
- From your connected accounts, and nowhere else. Every AI-written sentence is checked by code against a manifest of your actual data before it is shown. A figure that does not match your data is never displayed.
- What happens when the AI gets a number wrong?
- It is caught before you see it. The system corrects the sentence or replaces it with the plain, non-AI version. When a figure cannot be verified, the answer says so instead of showing it.
- Does OmniCommand claim its recommendations caused my results?
- No. Before-and-after measurements are labeled "not attributed," because no outside tool can prove causation. We show you what moved, alongside the other account changes recorded in the same window, and you judge.
- Can I use OmniCommand without the AI?
- Yes. Free and Starter include the complete deterministic product: every finding, recommendation, report, and the full workflow. The AI tiers add the advisor, AI-written summaries, and AI-drafted recommendations on top.
Data and security
- What access does OmniCommand have to my accounts?
- Access you grant yourself, on each platform's own consent screen. OmniCommand uses it only to read your marketing data; it never writes to or changes your accounts. You can disconnect any source at any time, and disconnecting removes the stored credentials immediately.
- Where does my data go?
- It is used to analyze your accounts for you, nothing else. It is never sold. Access inside your team is controlled by roles, including Read only seats, and administrative actions are logged.
- Can I delete my data?
- Yes. You can remove individual sources, delete portfolios and workspaces, or delete your account entirely. Deletion is documented on our data deletion page, including timelines.
- Who on my team can see what?
- You decide. Admins manage everything, Standard members work the day to day, and Read only seats can read everything shared with the team without changing anything.
Plans and billing
- Can I start free?
- Yes. Free includes one portfolio, up to 4 connected sources, daily analysis, and full findings and recommendations. No card required.
- What currency will I pay in?
- The currency shown to you on the pricing page, confirmed at your first checkout and fixed for your subscription. Indian prices include applicable taxes; international prices exclude them.
- What is the AI allowance?
- Intelligence and Command include a monthly allowance that comfortably covers regular use. Top-ups are flat-priced: a unit of credit costs the same on every plan.
- Can I change or cancel anytime?
- Yes. Upgrades apply immediately. Downgrades keep your data; sources beyond the new plan's cap pause until you choose which to keep. Cancel whenever you like.
