Automatic syncs. OmniCommand refreshes each portfolio's connected sources on a schedule, roughly every 12 hours. You don't need to do anything: findings, summaries and numbers move on their own after each refresh.
Sync now. Admins and Standard members can also run a manual sync with the Sync now button on the Sources page. It syncs every connected source in the portfolio you're in, the source with the oldest data first. Each source it syncs counts toward a daily allowance of 3 per portfolio, which resets at 00:00 UTC; a source the allowance can't cover is skipped and named. When today's are used, the button says so and shows when it resets.
How long it takes. A sync can take a few minutes; sources with a lot of history take the longest. If it's running long, the page says so. You can navigate away, and a notification arrives when it finishes.
"Data as of". Every source that syncs shows a "Data as of" timestamp on the Sources page: the moment its data was last successfully refreshed. Different sources can legitimately show different stamps: they sync independently. If a stamp looks old, that source hasn't completed a refresh recently; check its connection on the Sources page. A source that has never finished a sync says "No sync has completed yet" instead.
What a sync recomputes. After data lands, OmniCommand recomputes what depends on it (the Command Center, channel views, and AI summaries) once per sync, so the numbers and the narration move together.
