Troubleshooting sign-in and access

The quick answers for the six most common access questions.

"How do I sign in?" OmniCommand signs you in with Google. Use the Google account that matches the email address your invitation was sent to. There's no separate password to create or remember.

"My invitation doesn't show." Invitations appear when you sign in with the exact address that was invited. Signing in with a different Google account, even your own other address, won't surface it; an account that isn't approved yet sees a Request access page instead. Ask your admin to confirm which address they invited.

"I was invited but I see a welcome screen asking me to accept." That's expected. An invitation shows you what you're being given access to (the workspace or portfolio, and your role) and asks you to accept or reject it. If you already use OmniCommand elsewhere, accepting drops you straight into the new workspace; your profile comes with you.

"It says I've reached the maximum limit of access." An account can hold access to up to 10 workspaces. To accept a new invitation past that, leave a workspace you no longer need first, then accept.

"The workspace says it's still being set up." You have access to a portfolio whose workspace hasn't finished its setup or is still loading its first data. There's nothing for you to do: you'll see your portfolio as soon as it's ready. While the first data loads, Notify Me asks for an email when it's ready.

"I'm being asked to accept terms again." When our Terms or Privacy Policy change, everyone is asked to re-accept once before continuing. Your data and settings are untouched.
