What OmniCommand reads. Marketing data from the sources you connect: campaigns, performance metrics, analytics, search data, and any lead files you import. You grant the access yourself on each platform's own consent screen, and OmniCommand uses it only to read. It never writes to or changes your accounts.
What it is used for. Analyzing your accounts for you. Nothing else. Your data is never sold.
How it is protected. Credentials are encrypted at rest. Team access is controlled by roles, including Read only seats. Administrative actions are logged. Connections use each platform's official API over encrypted connections.
What your team writes. Notes on recommendations, snooze and dismissal reasons, and Ask Omni conversations are stored so your team shares one record. They are visible to your team according to roles, and they belong to your workspace.
Deletion. You can disconnect a source (credentials removed immediately), delete portfolios and workspaces, or delete your whole account. Deletion requests, timelines, and what survives (and why) are documented on the Data Deletion page. Backups age out on a fixed schedule, documented there too.
The fine print, in actual detail: Privacy Policy · Data Deletion · Cookies · Terms of Service.
